The software Evercare-Medical.com follows the directives described in the data protection regulation, GDPR. As part of this, you will find here a description of how we use your personal data and other related information.

The software Evercare-Medical.com ("Software") is developed by OneMed Sverige AB, org. no. 556764-4140, Box 50, 401 20 Gothenburg, ("OneMed") and is provided in the form of an online service.

Evercare-Medical.com has been created with the aim of assisting Asker companies when ordering products from Evercare Medicals.

By accepting the Terms of Use and/or using the Software, you become bound by the Terms of Use for all use of the Software.


Use of the Software
As a user, you are responsible for ensuring that use of the Software does not contravene current legislation or the Terms of Use. You may not violate, circumvent, remove or affect the technology or security systems that Evercare Medical uses to protect the Software and the content of the Software. Furthermore, you must not act in a way that could mean that the Software is disabled, overloaded, degraded or damaged, or in any other way that could mean that Evercare Medical suffers damage.

Immaterial rights
All intellectual property rights, such as but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents and source code, as well as the functions included in the Software regarding the Software belong to Evercare Medical and/or its licensors, and may not be used by you beyond what is required for use of the Software according to the Terms of Use or what which follows from mandatory law. All intellectual property rights that may arise from the use of the Software are the property of Evercare Medical. You may not modify, translate, reproduce, copy or transfer the Software, except as expressly permitted by law. Handling of personal data When using the Software, personal data relating to your name, other login details and information about which care unit you belong to is registered and processed. Information about you is processed in order to be able to identify you when logging in and to ensure your authorization for the various functions of the software. Evercare Medical processes personal data about you. 

Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is stored on your computer and that contains information to control the use of the Software. The software uses three cookies: 1. Session cookie that expires 20 minutes after the session has ended. 2. Language cookie to know which language you have chosen and this is saved permanently or until you choose to clear it. 3. Authentication cookie that holds your username which expires 20 minutes after the last use. The cookies thus store information about the session, language selection and user name. The cookies are used for the Software to remember your choices during use and to be able to manage your login. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can turn it off via your browser's security settings. You can also set the browser so that you receive a warning every time the website tries to save a cookie on your computer. Please note that if you disable cookies in your browser, you will not be able to use the Software.

Operational safety
Evercare Medical intends to provide the Software as far as possible without technical disturbances and errors. However, maintenance work, further development and/or other disruptions may limit and/or temporarily prevent the possibilities for you to use the Software. Evercare Medical reserves the right to make planned updates and maintenance work regarding the Software without prior notice.

Limitation of liability
The software is only an aid and provides suggestions for suitable products from the product range. You are responsible for the choices of products that you prescribe and prescribe, regardless of whether this occurs with the help of the Software or not. Evercare Medical is not responsible for the event that a selected product does not meet expectations for the product or is not suitable for the user in any other way. Evercare Medical is therefore not responsible for products which are ultimately prescribed to a user.
