Embra® AmpSnap is a mechanical ampoule breaker intended for glass ampoule opening. It is a simple hand-hold tool designed for easily opening glass ampoules with a simple snap action on the top of the ampoule. Upon opening, the glass splinters are incapsulated inside the AmpSnap and discarded together into the sharps waste container, thus reducing the risk of finger cuts. Embra® AmpSnap is intended as a valuable tool for nurses, pharmacists and clinicians, featuring quick and precise ampoule opening capability. The ampoule breaker is a single-use, disposable plastic product available in two sizes. The glass ampoules are safely opened by snapping.
