Evercare Medical winner of the Sustainability Award 2022

We are thrilled to share that Evercare Medical has won the Sustainability Award in recognition for development and launch of our more sustainable brand; Embra.

On September 26-27, the management teams of all companies within Asker Healthcare Group gathered at a management conference in Stockholm. Medical disposables account for a significant part of CO2 emissions in the global healthcare sector. As a leading medical product supplier, Evercare Medical wants to drive the change toward more sustainable healthcare. To support this ambition, the new brand is introduced.

Embra products are developed to achieve a significant impact on sustainability alongside extensive quality requirements. The products leave a lesser environmental footprint, caring for both nature and patients. This is possible since every Embra product offers a lower CO2 emission, or use of less raw material, or ensuring that a certain percentage of materials used are bio-based, renewable, or reusable.

– The launch of the Embra brand lets us support the healthcare sector to reduce carbon footprint. Environmentally friendly products is something that our customers have been asking for, and now we can proudly meet their requests, says Alexander Cullin, Director of Evercare Medical, who received the award on behalf of everyone involved.
